Refund policy

• If you wish to return an item, please contact us at +39 338 8727171 or via email at casettomoda@libero.it. You have 14 days from the shipping date to request a return. The item must be returned with its original tag or box.
• If the return is requested within 14 days from the shipping date, we will issue an immediate refund for the item. We will arrange the courier pickup for you and the return is completely free of charge.
• For size or item exchanges, please contact us to arrange the replacement.
• If you receive a defective item, please contact us so we can assess the defect and proceed with either an exchange or a refund.
