"CRAZY PRICES" RETURNS POLICY

Valid only for purchases made during the "CRAZY PRICES" promotion

  • To make a return, contact us via WhatsApp at 3513396348 or by email at casettomoda@libero.it
  • A return can be requested no later than 14 days after delivery of the order.
  • Shipping for the return is at the customer's expense; we will send a courier to your home to collect the package. The cost is €10, which will be deducted from the refund.
  • If the total value of the items to be returned is less than €10, the customer will be required to pay the difference in advance in order to book the pick-up and make the return.
  • Items can be returned free of charge and independently at any of our physical stores: Garlasco, Abbiategrasso, Casale Monferrato and Bellinzago Novarese.
  • For items returned in-store, no refund can be issued; instead a voucher for the value of the returned merchandise will be issued, valid for 6 months.
  • Size, item or color exchanges are not possible. Purchases made during the Crazy Prices promotion may only possibly be returned following the procedures indicated above.
  • Please note that order processing during the Crazy Prices promotion will take longer than usual.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Returns are always free (excluding purchases made during Crazy Prices).

The period available for making an exchange or return is 14 days from the date of purchase.

To exchange or return any purchase made in one of our stores, you must present the paper purchase receipt.

If you made your purchase online, present the invoice you found in the package.

The refund will be made using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Special conditions for exchanging or returning items:

  • Clothing: the item must have its tag attached.
  • Footwear: the item must be sent back with the box in perfect condition.

We will arrange the courier for you. You can also make the return in person at one of our stores.

- If you wish to return an item, contact us at 3388727171 or by email at casettomoda@libero.it. You have 14 days from delivery. The item must be returned with its tag or box.

- For a size or item exchange, contact us to arrange the exchange. 

- For returns made within 14 days of delivery, we process the refund for the item immediately. We will arrange the courier for you. The return is completely free for you.

- For items with defects, contact us so we can assess the extent of the defect and proceed with an exchange or refund.


PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Remember that if the item is available on the website, you will be able to find it in the store you are interested in.

Please note that stock levels are always approximate. This information is not available during the sales period.

It may happen that you purchase an item that is out of stock. In that case, we will proceed immediately with a refund.
