EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The period available for making an exchange or return is 14 days from the purchase date.
For any exchange or return of purchases made in one of our stores, it is essential to present the paper purchase receipt.
If you made your purchase online, please present the invoice included in your package.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Special conditions for exchanges or returns:
- Clothing: the item must be returned with its original tag.
- Footwear: the item must be returned with the original box in perfect condition.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We will arrange the courier for you. It is also possible to return the item in person at one of our stores.

- If you wish to return an item, please contact us at +39 338 8727171 or casettomoda@libero.it. You have 14 days from the shipping date to return the item. The product must be returned with its tag or original box.
- For size or item exchanges, please contact us to arrange the replacement.
- If the return is requested within 14 days from the shipping date, we will issue an immediate refund for the item. We will arrange the courier pickup for you and the return is completely free of charge.
- If you receive a defective item, please contact us so we can assess the defect and proceed with an exchange or refund.

Please note that if the item is available on the website, you may also find it in your selected store.
Stock availability is always indicative. During sales periods, this information may not be available.
It may happen that you purchase an item that is out of stock. In such a case, we will immediately proceed with a refund.
